Incredibly friendly and helpful staff at the front desk.
The bathroom plumbing had a small leak that caused water pooling on the floor.

central location, mini-snacks availability, rooftop lounge view
The décor leaves much to be desired, with dated furnishings and poor lighting!!! The small rooms feel cramped, making it difficult to move around, and the rugs are crying out for replacement!!!

Had a lovely stay here for two nights, enjoying the delicious breakfast and the beautiful rooftop lounge with stunning views. The sauna and cozy TV room were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, we did experience a couple of false fire alarms during the night, but it didn't really take away from our overall enjoyment. 😊

The staff here were outstanding, especially Shalom at the front desk, providing exceptional assistance and making our family feel at home. The central location allowed easy access to various attractions, with lovely nearby dining options. However, the room was quite compact, making it a tight fit for family needs, and while there were many amenities, some were limited in availability during peak times.
